Shipping policy
Orders to be delivered in Italy and Europe
- Orders shipped to Italy: usually delivered within 3/5 business days with Poste Italiane express shipping.
- Orders shipped to Europe: usually delivered within 10 days with Poste Italiane.
International Orders
- Orders shipped to North America, the UK and Switzerland: usually delivered within 15/20 business days.
- Orders shipped to the rest of the world: usually delivered within 20 days with Poste Italiane standard shipping, with express shipping also available as an optional service.
Important
- We are not responsible for lost parcels. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are no longer able to modify or control the order.
- Orders shipped outside the European Union do not include customs duties or import taxes.
If you refuse to pay the taxes on your order
If the recipient refuses to pay the taxes or customs duties required by the country where the parcel is delivered, the parcel will be returned to LaVì. The customer will be refunded, excluding the costs of the two shipping charges paid in advance by the company and any duties/taxes required by the country.
EXTRA-EU SHIPMENTS
If you are placing an order from outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These may be applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies and taxes may vary from country to country.
The price may vary as we have different price lists for each country.
